Be the Change Health and Wellness is a Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug Outpatient Treatment and Wellness Clinic. We are EMDR therapists and trauma specialists. Our clinicians are EMDR Certified therapists or working towards certification or higher level EMDR Training or Certification. We heal the mind, body and spirit combining traditional psychotherapy with neuroscience, energy and alternative healing. Our psychotherapists are cross-trained in ancient wisdom such as yoga, meditation, mudras and mindfulness, Reiki and Esogetic Colorpuncture. Other wellness services include: Massage therapy, Thai Massage, Reiki, somatic energy medicine, Needleless Acupuncture, and Sound Meditations. All services are designed to compliment the therapeutic process while getting to the root level of issues currently showing themselves. Our focus is on conscious healing with long-term therapeutic outcomes that bring issues to completion.

In order to reach our clients with more ease and safety, we are currently providing psychotherapy and EMDR Therapy via Telehealth.
